Homemade poultry seasoning is the perfect blend of spices that enhances the flavour of your favorite poultry dishes. I like to use it on many of the chicken and turkey recipes I make at home. And it definitely improves the taste of homemade stuffing, gravies, and soups.
Homemade Poultry Seasoning

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons ground dried sage BUY HERE
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground dried thyme BUY HERE
- 1 teaspoon ground dried marjoram BUY HERE
- ¾ teaspoon ground dried rosemary BUY HERE
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg BUY HERE
- ½ teaspoon finely ground black pepper BUY HERE
Method
- Gather all ingredients.
- Mix sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, nutmeg, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Put the seasoning into an airtight container.
- Label and store with your other spices.
