The best ribs are made using your own homemade dry rub. You can change the flavour to your preference by juggling the ratio of powdered herbs. To make it more sweet, add more brown sugar. Or to make it spicier, add more black pepper. Make sure you coat the ribs until no more dry rub will hold onto the ribs. This will make the ribs delicious and full of flavour.
DRY RUB FOR RIBS

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons paprika BUY HERE
- 1 ½ tablespoons salt
- 1 ½ tablespoons ground black pepper BUY HERE
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder BUY HERE
Method
- Gather all ingredients.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Rub into pork ribs.
